Our cakes are made of delicious, old-world yellow sponge cake or rich buttermilk devils food cake.

Our cakes are iced with either whipped cream or buttercream and filled with one of our many fresh or homemade filling.

Your custom cake can be filled with fresh strawberries or bananas. If you haven't yet tried Roeser's homemade fudge or made-from-scratch real milk custard cake fillings, you don't know what you're missing.

Ask to sample our chocolate buttercream, chocolate whipped cream, apricot, coconut, lemon, or caramel tippings and fillings.
